Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Reveo, LLC ("Reveo," "we," "us," or "our") to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how. It summarizes the deletion rights and retention periods described in our Privacy Policy, which governs if anything here differs.
1. How to Request Deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your name, and the email address or phone number connected to your data.
- If you are a Reveo customer, your business name.
- What you would like deleted (for example, your whole account, or only the data from a connected Facebook or Instagram account).
If you are a customer of a business that uses Reveo (for example, you received a review request or a text message from that business), your information belongs to that business, so please contact the business first. If you write to us instead, we will pass your request to the business and help it respond. You can always stop text messages by replying STOP.
2. Facebook and Instagram Data
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Reveo and want the data we received from it deleted, you can do either of the following:
- Disconnect the account in Reveo. As our Privacy Policy states, social media data is deleted within 30 days of disconnecting the social media account.
- Email us. Send a request to [email protected] as described in Section 1.
3. What Happens Next
- We will verify your identity before processing your request.
- We will respond within 30 days.
4. What We May Keep
Some records are kept for the periods described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy. For example, after a subscription ends we keep the business's own contact details and billing history unless you ask us to delete them, statistics that cannot identify anyone, and copies in backups until they are overwritten.
