Franchise Locations: Phoenix, AZ | Las Vegas, NV | Others
Industry: Pet Waste Removal / Home Services
📍 Situation: Stuck in the Shadows of Google
By mid-2023, our Scoop Soldiers franchise in Phoenix had only 22 reviews with a 4.5-star rating. Our Las Vegas location? It had zero reviews and didn’t even display a star rating—a black hole on Google.
We knew our service was solid, but we lacked the social proof potential customers look for. Our goal was to:
- Rank higher on Google Maps
- Build trust and legitimacy through detailed, frequent reviews
- Keep pace with (or beat) competitors who were more visible but less experienced
- Balance a unique challenge: we service clients multiple times per week, and asking for reviews after every visit would be overwhelming and annoying
We needed a review solution that could:
- Control request frequency
- Avoid repeat asks to customers who had already left a review
- Spread reviews over time to build a natural, consistent reputation online
😩 Struggle: No Process, Poor Results
Before implementing a solution, our review process was nonexistent:
- Our techs never asked for reviews—even during great service moments
- We had no automation, no scripts, no consistency
- When we did ask for a review, it came days or weeks after service, felt robotic, and didn’t connect emotionally
The result? Customers weren’t leaving reviews, and if they did, they were short and forgettable. We couldn’t stand out from the competition, and most of our leads were going cold because they didn’t see enough proof that we were the real deal.
✅ Solution: Personalized Automation That Customers Loved
That’s when we implemented Reveo.
We built a custom review strategy using Reveo’s automation platform:
- 🕒 Time-sensitive triggers: Review requests were sent immediately after service—while the experience was still fresh
- 👨🔧 Tech-personalized campaigns: Each message mentioned the tech who serviced the property by name, along with a note like “I enjoyed seeing Max and Bella today!”
- 🔁 Smart frequency settings: We set up rules to pause review requests if a customer had already submitted one, and space them out so we didn’t burn through our base too fast
- 📈 Visibility reporting: We could now track GMB search impressions, website clicks, and conversion rates from reviews
📊 Results: Explosive Growth in Trust and Visibility

Customer Experience Quality:
The reviews coming in weren’t just 5 stars—they were rich, specific, and full of personality. Customers were naming their techs, talking about how their dogs reacted, and describing the before/after results. This wasn’t just a star rating—it was a trust-building machine.
🧠 Final Thoughts
If you’re in the poop scoop, lawn care, pressure washing, or home service space and still manually chasing reviews or ignoring them altogether, you’re leaving thousands in revenue on the table.
For us, Reveo turned Google Reviews into a predictable growth engine. We’re no longer invisible—we’re leading the pack, and the numbers speak for themselves.
